Ans: In case you have been charged during your transaction at our website due to power failure, pressing back or refresh button, network failure etc and you not received your recharge within 24 hours, you can contact us at our support including your operator name, mobile no, amount, order no, date etc. Then we will check about your transaction, if we found the deduction from your card your refund will be processed within 10-15 days according to Bank procedure.
